Brian W. Copple

Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Brian Copple is the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Eclipsys Corporation. He is responsible for all of the company’s legal affairs.

Mr. Copple has been a corporate and securities lawyer for over 20 years. Before joining Eclipsys, he was the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Exult, Inc., a provider of human resources business process outsourcing services, which was acquired by Hewitt Associates. Earlier, Mr. Copple was a partner with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, as well as JD and MBA degrees from UCLA.
