W. David Morgan

Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Dave Morgan is Eclipsys’ Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for the management of all day-to-day finance and accounting functions. He also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from mid-January through mid-July 2009.

Mr. Morgan has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations management. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP; before joining Eclipsys, he served as Vice President and Controller of Worldspan LLP, a computerized travel reservation system company.

Prior to Worldspan, Mr. Morgan was Controller and Interim Chief Financial Officer of MAPICS, Inc., a provider of enterprise software for midsized manufacturers and divisions of large corporations.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
