Tim Rutledge

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Performance Management

Tim Rutledge is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management for Eclipsys, leading the Clinical Analytics, Patient Flow and Sunrise EPSi™ solutions that encompass the Enterprise Performance Management solution suite. In a previous role with Eclipsys, Mr. Rutledge was Vice President and General Manager of Business Decision Support Solutions. As such, he headed not only the Sunrise EPSi product line that came from that acquisition, but all of Eclipsys’ integrated performance management solutions.

Mr. Rutledge joined Eclipsys in early 2008 upon the company’s acquisition of Enterprise Performance Systems, Inc. (EPSi), a leader in business decision support solutions where he was President and Chief Executive Officer. He was a co-founder of the company with Jerry Pearson and Andy Metzger.

Mr. Rutledge began his career as an Assistant Administrator for the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, followed by five years with Price Waterhouse in the National Healthcare Decision Support Group. He moved on to become a Principal with Innovate Software Solutions, Inc., a decision support firm serving more than 300 clients. In 1993, he joined Medicus Systems, Inc., as a Vice President managing the Decision Support division.

Mr. Rutledge holds MHA and MBA degrees from the University of Missouri.
